Racoon Saved after groin gets frozen to the railroad track

 

One lucky racoon in Georgia was saved from a dire situation by a rail worker.  In below freezing temps the poor racoons groin was frozen on the railroad track.  With warm water and a shovel, the racoon was freed from his icy position.  You can see the video of the hero helping this trash panda here.
