She pleads guilty to money laundering and conspiring to deal more than a million and a half dollars worth of prescription drugs. 42-year-old Tammy Neil of Carthage made the guilty pleas today in Federal Court in Springfield. Court records say Neil and her former husband ran a Carthage clinic where she sold phentermine, a weight loss drug that's been called synthetic meth. Neil could get up to 24 years in prison.
