Police chased a man wanted for violating his probation across the Missouri and Oklahoma State Lines Friday after he knocked out a Seneca police officer. The Newton County Sheriff's Office confirms that 25-year-old Cody Rantz, who allegedly violated his probation for drug and theft charges out of Arkansas, beat a Seneca officer unconscious outside a Seneca convenience store early Friday morning after the officer confronted him.
