Two southwest Missouri men are headed to prison following the burglary of a pawn shop in northwest Arkansas last July. 39-year-old Jeremy Rusher of Seligman, and 29-year-old Cory Rusher of Jane both pleaded guilty in October to aiding and abetting the theft of firearms from a federal firearms licensee. Jeremy Rusher was sentenced this week to 120 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised probation. Cory Rusher was sentenced to 78 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised probation. Both men were also ordered to pay restitution. Prosecutors say the pair were caught on surveillance video browsing the store on July 11th, with Cory caught on camera that night breaking into the store, and stealing five guns. Jeremy was caught two days later with two of the stolen guns, admitting he knew about the burglary.
